Is shipping free for all items purchased?
Yes. All shipping is free to you regardless of the size of the item being shipped. We want your purchase price to be easy to calculate .
Where can you ship my order?
We can ship anywhere within the continental United States. (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Also, shipments can only be made to a residence or office. No shipments can be sent to a P.O. Box or Mail Box.
How do you ship my order?
We ship your orders by UPS, FedEx or freight delivery companies depending on the item being shipped. All deliveries will be brought directly to your home or office.
For all oversized or extremely heavy orders, a freight company will be used and they will bring your order to the curbside. They are not required to deliver into the residence or office and are also not required to assemble the furniture. We require the name and phone number of a contact person who will be available at the time of delivery whenever we use a freight service. Please note that for an extra fee, your items can be brought inside.
I can’t wait to get my new furniture. How long will it take?
The majority of items on our website are in stock and usually ships within 3 to 5 business days, unless otherwise indicated. Depending on the delivery service used, you should receive your order within 4 to 14 business days. Please note that we use numerous warehouses and if more than one item is purchased, these items may come separately.
Can I track my order once it is placed?
We will send a second email once your order is shipped that includes all shipping information and a tracking number, if available.
