Ordering Information

I just placed an order. What happens next?

We will send a confirmation email as soon as your order is completed. Please review the information, including what you ordered and your address and contact us if there are any changes or corrections.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you may contact us to cancel your order and you will receive a full refund as long as your order has not been produced or shipped. If your order has already been shipped out, we will have to charge you for any shipping or freight charges incurred because we can’t stop a shipment once it is on the way to you. In addition, the 15% restocking fee would also apply.

What do I do if my purchase arrives damaged?

First, we want to apologize. Because we only use the most reputable shipping services, shipping damage happens very rarely—and we are very sorry it happened to you. Please note the damage on the delivery company’s paperwork and contact us within 3 business days. Refuse the carton if it appears to be extremely damaged. We will rush out either a full replacement or replacement parts as the situation requires and do it in the quickest way possible.

If you notice any damage upon opening your package after the delivery service drops it off at your home or office, contact us as soon as possible and we will quickly send out a full or part replacement as needed.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day Limited Money Back Guarantee. If you change your mind for any reason within 30 days, you may return the item and receive a full refund less a 15% restock fee and necessary shipping costs. We ask that you send the returned item back to us in the original packaging—and be sure to include any hardware, instructions and packing materials. We’ll apply your credit less shipping and restocking fees as soon as we receive your items.

We require advance authorization for any returns, so please contact us as soon as possible in order for us to give you a return authorization number as well as instructions on how to return the item. In your email, please state your reason for the return and all pertinent order information including your name, address, order # and item/s being returned.
